Homemade Frosé Recipe

GUYS! If you have an ice cream machine you could make this summer's hottest (or should we say coldest?) drink in the comfort of your own home. The Frosé! 

(Frozen + Rosé = Frosé)

After this adult slushy popped up all over social media, I did some quick Google searches to find out more. Due to this interview with the creator, it seemed actually very simple to make. I had leftover wine and raspberry puree from a recipe, so thought I'd give it a try. AND IT WORKED!

Total time: 30 minutes
Makes: 6 servings


1 bottle Rosé or sweet wine
3 tablespoons raspberry puree
1 tablespoon sweet vermouth


  1. Whisk the wine, raspberry puree, and vermouth in a large bowl. 
  2. Churn in your ice cream machine for 20-30 minutes, until slushy consistency.
  3. Enjoy immediately.
That's it.

Sweet, strong, and the perfect consistency.
Brb, now going to try to freeze all of the wine in my house.
